The City of Kirkland Parks and Community Services
Department offers a wide variety of adult sports leagues,
including Women’s and Coed Volleyball, Men’s and Coed Basketball, Coed Dodgeball, and Men’s and Coed Softball,
as well as Coed Open Gym (SEE OPEN GYM INFORMATION
AT THE END OF THE PAGE). Leagues run in Lake
Washington School District gyms, and at City of
Kirkland ball fields. Participants must be 18 years or
older to enjoy these leagues.

IMPORTANT DATES:
2010 Winter Leagues:
Registration Opens 8/19/09 – Closes 12/16/09 by 5:00 p.m.
*League play takes place January through March 2010
2010 Spring Leagues:
Registration Opens 1/4/10 – Closes 3/24/10 by 5:00 p.m.
*League play takes place April through June 2010
GENERAL INFORMATION:
*Softball is the only sport with non-resident fees. Teams pay the resident fee if more than 51% of their players live or work inside City of Kirkland limits as shown on the official team roster.
*Players looking to be placed on a team may call the Recreation Office at 425-587-3360 to be put on an interested players list. We take individual player registration for Coed Basketball only.

*Rosters are due at time of registration for softball only (see links above right for each sport, and must include full names and contact information for all players. Please note, there is a space for the team manager, and alternate manager contact on the roster. ROSTERS DO NOT NEED TO BE SIGNED BY PLAYERS UNTIL THE FIRST NIGHT OF PLAY and additions/deletions can be made up until the 4th game. In softball, if changes to the roster include the addition of non-resident players, making the team over 51% non-resident, the team will be charged the non-resident fee after registration.

OPEN GYM - Winter and Spring 2010 - Fee: $4 per person
Ages 18 & older. One basketball court and three volleyball courts are available 5:00-8:00pm on Sundays at Kamaiakin Junior High, 14111 132 Ave NE, Kirkland 98034. Bring your team or just yourself for some court time. Call 425-587-3335 for the most updated information.
Winter: January 10 - March 28. No open gym February 14.
Spring: April 11 - June 6. No open gym May 30/
