The City of Kirkland’s Municipal code relative to bringing pets into the parks states:
- It is UNLAWFUL for any person to allow or permit ANY pet to run at large in any park.
- All dogs MUST be on leash at all times
- Tickets are now being issued to owners that allow their animal off leash in any City of Kirkland Park.
- Municipal code 11.80.060
