NOTICE TO PERMIT APPLICANT!

Beginning January 1, 2006:  Complete Building Permit Applications received for all new single-family building permits, and all single-family remodel/addition permits valued at more than $200,000, will be required to install frontage improvements along the property frontage.

Frontage improvements include curb, gutter, 4.5' planter strip, street trees planted 30' on center, 5' sidewalk, and asphalt widening.
