Land Use Permit Extensions Available
On December 1, 2009 the City Council approved an interim ordinance that should help the development community weather the economic downturn. It applies to most zoning and subdivision permits that have not already expired.  Click here for more information.

Development Incentives for Affordable Housing
The City of Kirkland amended the Kirkland Zoning Code to enact provisions requiring affordable housing in new multifamily development.  Read about the adopted changes.
