Visionaries Sought for Kirkland Neighborhood Plan Updates
The Central Houghton and Lakeview Neighborhood Plans are in the process of being updated. Residents in these neighborhoods are wanted for advisory groups. Applications due Nov. 20, 5 p.m. Read the news release for details.

Development Incentives for Affordable Housing
The City of Kirkland is amending the Kirkland Zoning Code to enact provisions requiring affordable housing in new multifamily development. Read about changes being studied and dates of upcoming meetings.

The City is currently in the process of updating the tree regulations.

Please review the City of Kirkland Survey Policy (PDF). The City now requires property line and topographic survey documents as part of most Building Permit applications.
