The City of Kirkland responds to Requests for Access to Public Records
in accordance with RCW 42.17 and Kirkland City Council Resolution 4669, Adopting Public Records Act Rules.

To make a request, download and complete the Request for Access to Public Records form.

To submit the form, you may:
Fax it to the attention of the City Clerk at 425-587-3198;

You may also deliver the form in person to Kirkland City Hall at the address above.

Please address requests for Police records directly to the Kirkland Police Department Records Division at the same address above.

Requests for Kirkland Municipal Court records should be delivered directly to the Court at 11515 NE 118th Street, Kirkland, or Fax to 425-587-3161.
