The City of Kirkland is committed to sustaining strong relations with neighborhood associations and residents through the following programs:

Become empowered to suggest improvements and help implement neighborhood solutions throughout the Neighborhood Connection Program. This program provides funding to neighborhood associations for roadway, sidewalk, landscaping or park improvements and helps build a sense of community and creates connections between City Hall and the neighborhood. Each neighborhood participates in this program every three years.
