Cultural Council
Once upon a time, there was a City Council. This City Council formed a new committee to look over the big picture related to the arts and heritage in Kirkland.
Residents who love their city and the arts A group of people who combine their varied backgrounds toward making Kirkland a more artistically inspiring place.

The Cultural Council has finalized its Vision 2020 Strategic Plan (PDF) for the Arts, Culture and Heritage in Kirkland. Final recommendations will be presented to the City Council at their September 15th meeting.
